Kindergarten programme at Aptech Montana International Preschool aims to offer a wide variety of learning and fun activities to engage the natural curiosity of the children, stimulate their creativity and help them gain knowledge.
The primary objective of the kindergarten programme is to broaden the areas of learning and impart knowledge in an interactive style. Learning through fun activities promotes natural curiosity amongst children, stimulates their creative thinking and helps them learn numbers, alphabets, music, art, and craft. The kindergarten program focuses on different aspects of learning that are critical to young children’s emotional, psychological, and cognitive development.
The kindergarten programme is divided into two, based on the age group of the children: Kindergarten 1 (K1) and Kindergarten 2 (K2).

KINDERGARTEN 1
The transition from preschool to primary school is one of the crucial periods in children’s educational life. It is at this period when parents and teachers ensure that children adapt to their school life and the educational set up.
In Kindergarten 1, the course curriculum involves a wide variety of education and fun doings. These lead to natural curiosity in children and stimulate their creative thinking. Apart from academics, indoor and outdoor activities are conducted to master their early reading and writing skills.

KINDERGARTEN 2
Children’s development is further measured once they are promoted to Kindergarten 2. Kid-friendly activities and learning sessions are conducted in areas of numbers, English language, science, music, art, dance and general knowledge during this phase. These help in learning and recognising numbers, alphabets, geometrical shapes, colours, and sound. Interaction with parents, teachers, and friends is encouraged to boost their communication and language skills and self-confidence.
This program is designed to give the little ones a sense of belonging as they start to explore and discover the world around them, while preparing them for smooth transition to formal school.
